In case you don't know the charas, the two in the front are Nana Komatsu (with the brown hair), and Nana Oosaki (with the black hair), from the anime/manga series, NANA. (It's good! Go read it!)
The reason for the joke is that Nana O. calls Nana K. "Hachi", hence... the pic hehehe XDDDD
(And of course, #18 and #17 are from DBZ) XD
