First sight: Yes, I loved my fandom/show as soon as I first heard about it and watched/read it!
Second glance: I remember not liking the idea of it at first, but I quickly got over it. Took a couple of tries! ^^
Third encounter: I had to warm up to it a bit, but once I did, I really, really liked it! Took a few weeks, maybe... :0
Fourth shot (or more): I didn't like it as much when I first saw it, until months or years later when I re-watched/read it again X3. Now, I love it~

I'd say that my current fandom, that surprises me, comes from the book series involving the Wizard Howl. I've read Howl's Moving Castle, Castle in the Air, and House of Many Ways and that world is so intriguing. At first, I didn't feel like being bothered, but someone recommended them as a good read and I wanted to start reading again so I tried them. Castle in the Air is now my favorite book. I plan to draw some fanart, but I want to get better first so I can do the characters justice.
